Steban (Claimants) petition for review of an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board). The Board affirmed the decisions of an unemployment compensation referee (Referee) determining that, pursuant to Section 402(d) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law), Claimants are not eligible for unemployment benefits during a work stoppage.
